      I don't know about anyone else, but I think the many of the current systems such as shields, AMC, power, etc, are too simpleifed. They needs to be more complexity.       I think it would be cool to have a block the was uneffected by being too close to a star. The would let players and fractions build stations close to the sun for extra defense from the star's heat damaging incoming ships, and get players and fractions to build specialised ships to take down...
