      Yes. Truly it is intensional and required for what I am doing on this system (I am not referring to plaing starmade). And since Linux is able to use full 4GiB RAM anyway there is no real difference in performance.

      I think this part should work everythere. If you have same problem on mac I guess this solution should work. The best wey is just try and see if this will work. After all both Linux and Mac are Unix based systems, so in this case situation should be identical.
