      Probably better would be the longer an NPC mans a gun, the more accurate it becomes, or other bonuses like that. Doctors heal faster, pilots get a turn bonus, engineers boost some systems a bit, etc. All the commands would be there, just the NPCs would get better at carrying them out.

      Yeah, i could see that being handy, but still, the issue of how easily npcs would be able to follow your code and designating which rails to turn and which direction, plus if it would even be able to designate targets between entities.
