when i land on a planet mostly a terrain planet and i noticed that i have not been getting that pretty blue sky like other people have (i think) is there a way to fix this?

ever since i got starmade i have wanted prebuilt ships that can be found in dealers also known as dealerSHIPS from little plane size to big cruisers! but they cost quite the amount of credits,. the dealers should spawn as often as shops but only 10% less often as shops.
