Got it to work. There was a config for open ports that I didn't know about. So I just spent two days trying to fix a problem that was caused by I firewall. I can't believe it.

Well I got the newer version from the link above and it works like a charm. The only problem is that the version.txt file has the same cksum value all the time and doesn't update.(I checked the cksum value of three different versions and they where all 23).

I have no clue how but I managed to get an older version of the script that didn't have the directory and file checks in it.

I didn't see anybody talking about this in this tread or any others that I had read. I saw people talking about loosing the dev builds but I didn't see people talking about the size of the download for the update.

I think that on the launcher when it detects the new version it should pole what files have to be changed so you know the size of the update before starting the update. This would be useful if you have limited bandwidth or slow internet.
