We do, but not enough ram to just cache the entire server in memory, thus we need a hard drive, and computer hardware costs shekels, so that's what we've been waiting on :P. Once that's out of the way, then its just back-end stuff and we'll be good to go.

As the one that was responsible for fixing everything that couldn't be handled in-game, I can tell you with certainty that starmade handles large ships just fine. It gets laggy when you compound the issues of starmade's already problematic netcode, fuckwits parking titans on planets, and people...

We will be using the reversed FP config because it's too good of an idea not to implement, and as for the config, we are going to be keeping it as close to vanilla as possible, we're only tweaking a few things to keep things consistent with our larger sector sizes.
