Try whitelisting people ingame rather than manually through the file. It requires a certian layout in the file, so if you get that a little wrong, it will crash

Just to be clear, the transtitions from one sector to another not being smooth is a bug, but the sector boundaries aren't going anywhere. Co-ordinates are saved in a float. the bigger the number gets, the less accurate it can be as the decimal place is moved around to allow for the bigger...
