      I also approve. I\'m making a commentary about a social issue I\'ve noticed, of course, which has nothing to do with the change so much as the people. Any kind of change to the way that numbers work will break someone\'s \"use this for everything\" formula, resulting in massive outrage.

      Say that to my missile racks. Shields protect you from anything remotely AoE. AM cannons are only an issue because they put so many shots out at once that do the same amounts of damage overall, even though they can only damage one block apiece.

      Limited block stack size in your inventory, requiring usage of storage blocks, would be decent. That, and an option to sell the ship you\'re currently in if you\'re next to a shop, for the total price of all blocks onboard and in storage as adjusted for the shop\'s prices.

      Only problem with that is that with heavier firepower, we\'ve also always had to deal with lower firerates in exchange for a larger shell. As it stands, big guns are also always closer to machineguns than small ones are.

      Add FTL travel, and make the distances somewhat akin to Vega Strike. Starting sector would be similar to what it is now, jam packed with asteroids, stations, etc., so you can eventually work up to a ship that can support long range sensors and fly to actual large scale planets.

      That\'d actually be nice, I think, though maybe a bit too advanced for the average user. Custom block, perhaps, with a very limited range of commands and extensive testing to ensure that it can\'t be abused? Add in a section of the forums for \"Automation Module Code\" or some such with that...
