Find a station or an ice planet to mine, Use Salvage beams or a build bock (some people consider this cheating!) to dismantle it and sell what you don\'t need. If the station is NOT in purple blocks then it\'s usually safe to mine without hassle.

These are handy I just use a core with a little bit of hull protection with thursters and a few shields. It\'s small so it\'s fast. I have it docked in a small hanger at the back of the ship
