I like this because this way you can repair a ship without having to go hunting for each and every damaged block.
Just don\'t make it work simultaniously, lots of blocks broken should mean lots of time repairing.
You are designing the outer shell before designing the internal functionality.
It should be the other way around.
Place the power shield weapons and thrusters first, and put a shell around it afterwards.
I agree, even though it is not finished, people will make their own variation on your design anyway, which is good, that way you will get many different designs for the borg cube.
And it is called \"being docked\".
The game should create a new default construct called \"spawn-station\"
It\'s some kind of snowflake construct with many docking units.
Dock your ship and build.
Extra bonus: When you\'re done building, your ship\'s design still allows itself to be docked.
Adding an AI-unit to your ship and activating it (as turret to keep it non-mobile) will prevent the bug from working.
The game will give you an error stating you need to defeat the AI first.
Apart from this, docking in a home-faction station will also prevent the bug from working.
EDIT...
I just tested it (and might get banned if they can see it n the log) you can dig through anything with or without a faction unit.
I did noticed that I was unable to dig through attached turrets that had a faction unit AND an AI-unit attached.
I was receiveing a message that I needed to take...
When docking on a turret-docking-unit that is pointing to the right (usually the case when you placed the docking unit on the left side of the ship), the turret you dock there will be pointing downwards in reference to the ship. This will be it's default position and it will reset to this...
