I had stopped playing, and when I tested I assumed that the pistol would make a sound... whoops. Went in game later and flipped out all excited when I shot my ship and blasted my eardrums out xD Thank you for your help though :)

The turrets seem to want to be oriented with the ship... quite annoying. Re-docking usually fixes it. I thought it was just me because nobody else said anything about it, and i flew my ship to someone else and asked if the turret was all messed up, and he would never give me a straight answer >.<

when it checks for updates click options on the top left, then hit memory settings. Change the values to lower numbers if you really want it to use less ram.

Your fix didn\'t work for me, I did the command, the file is now in the correct directory, but I still get no sound. There is sound enabled, have changed the volume, disabled and re-enabled, maxed out volume on my pc and in game, but still no sound. Anyone know another fix? I\'m running debian.

is where my pc overheats, it usually runs around 70, but with this game unless my room is cool (below 15C) I run around 85-89 or overheat. Now with my room at 15ish i can run at 75-80C

Mine is set to max: 3084 Inital: 1024 Early gen: 1024 but since I changed the res of the pack its been a ton better, I can play now :D

had this error but it worked anyway after hitting okay RescourceException: overlays.png in /home/me/StarMade/date/texture/block/OldStyle/64 has a different resolution than at least one other texture: 1024x1024, 512x512 but all of the textures are the same res, so I don\'t see what the problem...

I\'ll lower the res, and see how much it helps. Hopefully it helps a lot, if not I guess I\'ll have to wait to play till I get a new pc. Unfortunately that isn\'t looking like it will happen any time soon.

Settings are as low as they can go, but my fps is only about 20 so I don\'t want to fix it which (for me anyway) usually slightly lowers fps even though its not at 60 or above allready. Its not a cooling problem, well I suppose it is but the cooling system is working the best it ever has...
