      Yes. I'd like the mechanic of accessing/using the core to change. Instead of actually entering the core, your player just aligns to it, so your character is vulnerable, you'll have to build your ship to protect yourself from shots. Same thing with weapon computers.

      Let's just find a nice S-Curve value to put shields and thrusters on. You guys can go on and on about this all you want, but gigantism will always win out if growth is linear.

      Have you tried turning it off and on again? . . . . . . . Also, post a screenshot of your connection screen (where it displays your name, settings, and server IP, and whatnot).

      Sweet! At first glance overdrive seems kinda OP with beams, since beams don't require energy to fire. The top speed boost is pretty crazy. Also, Ion effect is still broken. TIME FOR MORE TINKERING.

      Just a passing thought, but maybe with the upcoming faction point system there can be an upkeep system. The idea is that the mass of all your factioned ships is combined and requires X amount of faction points to be able to field. Naturally, as a server option only and not mandatory.

      I'll add that my D1000-D1000/EXP AI turret doesn't track or fire at enemy targets either. Put a beam comp + beam module on it, still won't track and fire. AMC-AMC/EXP AI turret works just fine. .152
