      Modern navies live in a world of 1 ship being able to 1 hit any other ship, thats why the united states keeps its supercarriers surrounded by numerous destroyers and cruisers covered in various types of anti-missile system. Firepower has vastly outstripped armor.

      IRL fighter planes are a lot bigger than people tend to think they are, those thigns are larger than busses and can weigh up to 30 tons.

      You can check the table to see exactly how it works, there are numbers on there for how much damage cannons with various slaves need to kill each block E.g a punch cannon needs 360 damage to kill a block of standard armor, versues 530 damage for a cannon with no tertiary effect.

      Actualy exploding aux does more damage than exploding warheads, its just that in most warhead torpedos the warheads are subject to a bug where they explode well over 50 times before actually vanishing; In a non bugged environment exploding aux is more damaging.

      Yes this still results in 530 damage per projectile, damage uses the whole weapons size not just hte master.
