How has it changed how you play though? The news post states that by default for now penalties for being over capacity are turned off, and it doesn't say anything about not having a personal inventory anymore?

Yeah I know it's been discussed to death, but when it's so detrimental to trying to play the game in multiplayer a vague timeline would be nice so that one can maintain some hope.

I ask because at present everytime I make a faction no one besides founder's can do anything even when relevant permissions are set for their rank, and when you promote people to founder you're stuck with them even after they've been inactive for months.

Love this idea, but I'd suggest that the blocks should be made from lots of something rare like rammet/sertise etc to make building one more expensive than warp gates, the ability for servers to set a maximum distance hardcap, and it should only be able to launch ships in the direction it is...

Sometimes they do, often they don't.

Manually moving cargo via your inventory between entities is the only way to move cargo between different entities at present, But I'm pretty sure I read that working on that is a priority.
