      This, and having armor actually protect stuff behind it from missiles, are the primary needed changes. Otherwise just some minor tweaks to balance things out and make them satisfactory but not overpowered weapons.

      Yeah, because originally it could turn any block into a core. Not very balanced; was scrapped. :p IMO it should be possible to turn the massive piles of terrain blocks into smaller amounts of pure "cubatomic rocks" (Tekt, Dolom and the like) somehow. Even if it's a 100:1 ratio.

      Agreed, a hundred times over. In the meantime, though, I'd like some halfway-decent documentation for the conversation system and what it can do... And maybe some more hooks to things like spawning mobs, displaying a list of blueprints or the stats of an entity, or loading blueprints... etc.

      Mob pathfinding doesn't have to calculate paths for large custom collision meshes, just a simple 2-block box 'person'... I don't think it'll be that simple seeing as player "hangar pets" can be so many different shapes and sizes. The fairly common suggestion to create the paths FOR the fighters...
