      Large ships should simply take longer to accelerate. That\'s how inertia works. The more mass something has, the harder it is to accelerate or deccelerate it.

      The main problem with collision damage is that everything takes damage when colliding at any speed. If they added a speed buffer before things started breaking (20 or so?) it would be fine.

      I had a similar idea a while ago, involving the generator type thing being used to create creatures also being used to create random alien races who could control anything from a single planet to multiple star systems.

      The AMC bolt isn\'t registering contact with the ship until it is already inside the hull sometimes. Layer your hull multiple blocks thick to deal with this.
