It's a bit less than 64. While there are a total of 64 per galaxy, much fewer than that are star systems, with most of them being void systems.

That's already how it works, in game, with turrets draining power from the main ship. A lot of people make their turrets self sufficient to offset the drain on the main ship, though. Are you suggesting that the barrel and base turrets wouldn't share shields? Because they do in this suggestion.

Disagree was definitely neutral. When the new rating system was added, there were a few negative ratings (insane was one of them) but they were all removed within a day or so.

I actually use the paintbrush for things that are creative, not as a dislike button.
