      It would harden the hull as it currently does, but on both Hull and Block damage instead of just Block as it does.

      The issue with this is that it still creates near-useless sized pulses. a 100 block long pulse array would only produce a bubble 150m across, which would be tiny.       Maybe the game could just simulate drone ships moving in unloaded sector? Just have a small bit of server power to say "x drone mined y amount of asteroids during z time the sector was unloaded and got a of mineral one and b of mineral 2"

      The thrust percentages makes the difference between large and small ships more distinct. You aren't going to be changing it for navigation and during battle. I believe it's been changed now so that it will be 5% in each direction, with the ability to boost this with push modules.

      No. There'd be gates highways everywhere, and I don't like the idea either. I don't see why everyone wants hyperspace/slip space tubes to enter.

      Space Engine isn't a game. It's just an engine showing off a possible feature. It would be a lot less smooth in multiplayer with players and ships and battles and creatures everywhere.

      Personally, I think armor should be skin-based, with slots that can be augmented with various modules, and guns mini-block based.
