Indeed, planets have changed, as did a F*CKTON of stuff. Example:
As for the universe, there are 4 quadrillion galaxies for your exploration pleasures. The demo is currently the same thing as the "full version" (although that will change in the future).
Oh, and welcome back to the game!
Good point, I was just trying to think of something fun to use forcefield blocks. Of course, hologram blocks IN ADDITION would be even better! Right now I just use glass to simulate holograms.
That's just a little extra though (holograms aren't the point of force field blocks) :P
Edit: This suggestion was made before forcefield were implemented into the game.
A force field block: something that doesn't allow anything to pass through while it's active (including projectiles). Can be activated and deactivated with logic.
What I'm asking for is basically a plex door...
I said "two of the biggest", not "the two biggest" :P. And yea, I've seen the ragnarov. It's definitely up there in the non-original huge ship pantheon (It's a ship from "sins of a solar empire").
Here's two of the biggest hand-made ships in starmade (note that not all the chunks are loaded cause it exceeded the 20k limit):
Bottom: Vengeance (from startrek into darkness), being built by the members of the starfleet faction.
Middle: Charon (1.3km long, original). By me, still being...
Depends. There's plenty of extremely massive bricks and half-assed ships out there that are longer than 2km. There's also replicas, like skylord luke's infinity, which are pretty freaking big. As for original ships? I'm not too sure. But my ship is probably up there in the biggest original ships...
Nope nope nope nope nope.
Being able to cover up weapons is an excellent thing. Just imagine non-covered salvage arrays, ew. It doesn't really change anything from a combat perspective either.
hehehe, thanks. Funny thing is that it's not even a shipyard XD. It's all dedicated to a single ship. I actually plan on making a proper shipyard thread once I have more content to display.
Rule #1: Never ask for release dates.
Rule #2: Never ask for release dates.
Rule #3: Please refer to rules #1 and #2.
In the event of these rules being broken, expect a super vague answer that won't inform you in the slightest. Refer to the post above for an example.
