I'd absolutely love to see Charon as a girl-ship. Unfortunately my drawing skills aren't up to par for anything that isn't machinery...
"she" would probably be a ciborg, lol. Especially with one glowy eye. The glowing eye is a must.
Manually calculate the power cost of the missiles.
1 damage = 10 energy
1 weapon block = 5 damage per second
Here's a formula:
(total weapon system block count)*(reload time in seconds)*50 = energy required per volley
NeonSturm for your "method" to be over 50% then 6 candidates should have voted for his removal (everyone that voted).5:2 = more than half in favor, so a majority vote (and that's assuming Tomino would vote for himself).
And from what I understand Tomino was the one poisoning the other...
The council is just there to filter, compress and relay suggestions to schine so that the devs don't have to waste their time going through bad suggestions (90% of suggestions).
So you're right, being on the council just means you're doing work for schema, and holds no power over the community...
It looks cool, so I really don't care about a couple hundred meters (and it's a secondary weapon anyways) :p. And it's not meant to only target stuff that's in front of the ship, I'm gaining if the target is located above.
NeonSturm I'm making the ship easy to refit.
I just use shields as a...
UPDATE 28: Vertical missile silos
Sorry about the ship not being fully loaded in, my computer can't handle it while making gifs. The gifs are also accelerated an derpy, so you can't see half of the animation. It looks a lot better in-game.
Each tube lights up when it fires, as can be seen...
I know, but two 100000000 damage shots do too. You could have it under a layer of normal armor, effectively stopping any alpha strike ever and still have some resistance against rapid fire shots (from the normal armor layer). You could even make layered composite armor with more layers, which...
Aah, very cool! Is it possible to activate them like an activator? Cause then you'd only need a single block.
And does the output block turn off if the imput block is destroyed? If so, you could just ignore the whole derpy ping system (that'd also be usefull on ships since the delays sometimes...
Does wireless logic act as a relay? If so you'd just need a not block and the wireless block for each indicator, with the ping system on the board. That's probably what you had in mind, though. I haven't messed around with wireless logic yet, so I'm not too sure.
That sounds extremely overpowered when used as sub-layers. Normal blocks can already soak up single projectiles (and break in the process). Having a single block do twice that, without even breaking on the first one would be overkill.
AND lightweight? I'm sorry, but no. You could use that...
