      From what I can tell, you can set up computers facing either direction and have a player enter them to fire in that direction :u Otherwise, you can use Chain docking and Enabling the AI on the docked ships to simulate it o -o No players needed.

      The is no "small" or "large" ships in the game really :u those are titles we gave the things we made. And the Balancing part of AoE things like Pulsar would be their limited range :p Fighters could easily shoot from outside of the range. I think Pulsar might work well on a speed destoryer sized...

      It can be hard to keep track of what is planned and what is not :u You kinda have to spent alot of time in chat to even keep ontop of things it seems. But its interesting to see what ideas people have, and what opinions and ideas it brings * ^* It also may give ideas for Future mods.

      I always thought of Beams as the Long range insta-travel weapons for Sniping o -o low fire rate and whatnot (makes it much less forgiving if you miss) And good point about the turrets :u would be a nightmare with small ships though, but what do I know? * ^*

      I personally dont like these kinds of ideas... Ones that Imprint the idea of RP onto all ships to obtain a "boost". It'd be fine for a RP server modpack, but people will go out of their way to maximize any form of Boost, to the point you will -Need- to have this stuff, and will need a Bigger...

      There is nothing wrong with Declaring war with a 3 man factions o -o Why so elitist? And Debbie, its better to ignore him - 3- its quite clear that his actions dont really seem to reflect the Faction at all these days.

      As for the OP, I dont think it will help cause Large ships are deisgned to Break shields and then chew through hull :u even if you buff the Hull strenght, it will still break through it with ease compared to the shields.
