Are you sure you are running a 32bit Operating system ?
If you are using a 64 bit Windows please install 64 bit Java ->https://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp

you will finds that in your Starmade/logs folder. Just use the one with a timestamp you know is from a failed attempt.
it is either a corrupted game download (did you try reinstalling Starmade ?) or more likely some...
The driver issue is odd. Are you sure you did find the proper Version on the Intel Page when you tried it ? that page is everything than customer friendly i have to say!
do you need that java 7 for anything specific ? if not .. get rid of it, and maybe reinstall the 64bit:8U40 after that.

It is fixed in the latest Hotfix build of the game ... i did nothing ;) ... maybe you did with that report that i did copy to the bug report about this problem. So thanks for that :)

your graphcisinfo.txt and the threaddump do show a driver version 9.17.10.2843 and the Intel 15.33.32.64.4061 set would show 10.18.10.4061
so maybe you want to try to install the drivers again? ->...
Yes .. switching to the other GPU is not going to remove the flickering in most cases ... but it may improve game performance greatly.
that was the reason i did pointed that out :)
i do not know what that feature exactly does, but i can imagine by switching it off the game draws more unneeded content on the screen and therefore the fps drop. the flickering is i guess the game not beeing able to decide if the drawn parts are in line of sight or not ... at least my...
totaly admin ;) ... did run the server local for the test and it was the dedicated server of the same fresh install .. then conencted with two clients to that server to look at each other .

and the skin worked before, also it is shown for me in the game but not for others.

if it still flickers change line 120 in the settings.cfg to "G_USE_VBO_MAP = false"
if that doesnt change anything while salvaging and placing removing blocks change it back.

So ... you did use the Starter Tool Modding -> Create Custom Skin and saved the new Skin and only said no to the default question ?
You then did manualy edited the .skin file to match the path to the produced Skin or did you use Modding -> Load Skin ?
i tried those ways .. without success...
i do remember a bug report about weird logic pipes showing without any connected logic on either end.
we had been unable to reproduce it. not even the blueprint that did show the effect for the reporter did it for a tester.
