Yes. It would have been fine if it was just that the softcap was raised to 2 mil. But that isn't what happened- all power got doubled to make things that were currently 1mil into 2 mil.

The issue here is not so much that something with that much armor can cloak (don't get me wrong, though, it's an issue.) as much as that ships have so much excess power now that they CAN cloak something like that with the current system.

I would assume that issue is because 1) they're technically still full cubes, and 2) the exporter hasn't been updated to account for that new data yet.
