full logfiles from the crash itself may be usefull.
are the messages stopping if no player is online and the sectors get unloaded ?
are the messages starting when a specific player joins the game (and loads a sector or ship that causes those meassages)?
are you sure the station you are docking to isnt crossing a sector border anywhere? ... or the entity you are docking isnt crossing a sector border when docked ?

could you tell me from what version you did updated to the version you have seen the problem with ? (i assume its on current release 197.51 now ?)
make sure the power capacity is great enough
unhook the additional computer and see if it fires then
if i am not mistaken the weapons info is still showing the power consumption without its added slave systems (or at least effect systems)
increase memory to 2048/1024/128 (or even twice of those values but not more)
make sure you are running Starmade with 64 bit java (to be seen in the top while running windowed mode 32or 64bit)

I do assume that was then removed again in the settings ... because my AMS on the testserver couldnt take down one block Missiles at one point ^^
(it is in i was told .. could be that the HP value is so small or still 0 so that it doesnt matter however)
Missiles now have hitpoints depending on there damage rating (or something like that), so 1 on 1 CPU AMS do look fantastic ...
but wont neccesarily kill the incomming Nuke missile before it hits.
because toooooo many entities and turrets are killing the performance this was the step to go to...
if it is one of the NSC factions .. do not leave it through the ingame faction menu.
that would either delete the pirate or trader faction then .. because they do have no members and you leaving them is causing them to get removed
You wont fix it ... its a personal thing. If you do like it its fine i would say, nothing wrong with it.
You know i am one of those persons who could consider stardestroyer grey as a fancy color and UFP white hulls as over the top ;)

- is the empty space outside under the shield shaped hull ? ... then logic indirect lighting maybe ?
really nice work ... a bit too many colours for my taste but thats only me probably :)
you do save them fresh from a singleplayer game or multiplayer server to your local blueprint folder and they get marked as corrupted ?
if it is singleplayer ... did you change anything in the server.cfg or other config files ?
