and because you are using 32bit OS . make sure to not assign more than 1024mb to the game
(that will of course bring up other problems, but maybe it will at least start up then)
ok then ... as i said .. it is forwarded already to development (if need be i can point them to your logs now too)
we have to wait for an answer for this.
from that log
"
[2016-06-22 13:35:20] java.lang.NullPointerException
[2016-06-22 13:35:20] at org.schema.game.common.controller.SegmentController.fromTagStructure(SourceFile:2412)
"
in the C: location of the game .. delete the file
C:\StarMade\StarMade\server-database\summer...
but this isnt a log file from a start from the c: location .. right ?
anyway ... in another thread here the same problem did occure to cazzz .
the problem is forwarded to development for clarification how to solve it.
i do get the feeling you are in desperate need of a reality check.
to get an answer from support within a day is pretty good, especialy if you are in a different time zone than the support people.
and you did got an answer on your question on the support forum within 8 minutes by community...
is there being a Log.txt.o file created in "starmadeinstallfolder"/logs ?
if yes .. do remove the .0 part and drag and drop it into an answer here to have a look.
was drag and drop not working ? it should have added it like the screen shots you did .
anyway ... the game isnt running from C:/Starmade as you can see from
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\StarMade\StarMade\.\server-database\world1\DATA"
OS controlled folder as Program files...
Multiplayer works i guess ?
please try to create a new world and see if that works then
if it doesnt please get us the log.txt.0 file of a failed start. (remove the .0 part and drag and drop it into a post here)
i am very much out of ideas here.
it isnt a general problem with the game afaik ... otherwise more people wouldnt be able to play.
please add the Log.txt.0 file from one of those failed starts here (found in starmadeinstall/logs, just rename to .txt) for support
