The textures are including the bleed section currently. If you needed a tiled hull texture or just a single one in high res, i'd be happy to send them your way.
Block ID's are a finite resource. Wedges, Pentas, Tetras and Corners all take an additional ID.
Adding wedged "everything" right now could hamper us further into development.

Feel free to change it. I've put tile templates into the 'skinning resources' directory of the new dev builds to help players create new textures.

Orange hull is confirmed.
Yellow Hazard stripes on black hull are currently in the dev build.
Green hazard stripes on white hull are currently in the dev build.
The game will not use RGB sliders because of massive performance implications (see Q&A no.1).

Yea, that's default textures. Nor is it the cause.
The 7th face of the penta block is inverted, a result of orientation tweaks made in the latest dev build. The bug is currently being tracked / worked on.
