      Glad you like it. However he planets are not retextured yet. I'll be doing a terrain and flora overhaul later on as some new content will require different / new textures.

      You're about 20-25 degrees below the maximal recommended temperature of that specific CPU model.

      How to create a .obj file

      For a complete beginner, look up Sketch Up. It's probably the quickest way to build a simple ship and export it as a .obj file if you've never modelled before.

      You could sample them yourself in the latest dev build if you wanted. Just remember they're dev builds and potentially unstable. I wouldn't recommend playing with them, just steal the texture files from it :)

      So this is how hull looks and tiles close up. Normal mapping is still in testing, but the texture pack is ready to go. It'll be available within the next few days i expect.

      No depreciated (old) ore blocks. Crystals and valuable blocks can be used, but with care. We didn't want stations to be a treasure chest of loot. That would count as simple logic. :)

      Crystals.

      The new crystals and some terrain types are required in the upcoming crafting content, so some things are being moved around and set up for the new system. You'll be able to harvest and craft crystals in the next big update.

      Maybe try turning the Atmosphere shader off by setting the value to None. This option can be found in the Advanced Settings.
