Do you think it would be okay to have items shrink into nothing? ( like Borderlands) 1 or 2 minute life span and then along the peroid of a minute(or 2 depending) it will slowly shrink into nothing.

I really like the sector modes. I could see a lot of fun to be had by all if you use it right on a server.

have you tried the repair beam? all you need to do is have a clear shot to your core and blast it with the beam for X time. sorry i didn't say this earlier.

From what i know you can only have one core. If the countdown is started on it you can enter the core to stop the countdown and keep what ever might be remaining of your ship. more cores for different bridges would be cool for big ships but it would cause some problems on a server. Like if Bob...

I was working on a version of the Gekko from Eureka Seven but i decided to wait until the game gets some more features. particuarly weapons, shields, and the new player model. You could do the enterprise semi easily with starmade. You just really need to plan it out.
