"trying to kill it might be something akin to shooting a bb-gun at a titanium forest" -DJ Arghlex
Yeah so this is the meta. Single lines of systems and lance beams x1000, +impossible to kill.
It has the following:
-Selectfire turrets

"Trinova didn't actually do any of that, vaygr is still undefeated"
For the ten billionth time, it seems.
Here's pictures of us destroying 2mil+ mass of vaygr shit that they said we didn't kill. In hindsight, I appear to have underestimated the grand total in my previous post.

Over the past few weeks, TT and the UIS have been involved in a number of initiatives. Everything ranging from deploying fleets to Freaks and Brierie to LVD combat...

Okay, the ship on the right now has mostly filled systems. The ship on the left is still better.
And uh, it would appear the thread is about getting rid of spaghetti ships. Not having less systems, which is actually exactly what the spaghettiships do.
These two ships here have identical silhouettes. Are they equal? No, not even remotely.
You see, the ship on the left is filled and ready for combat, while the ship on the right is an empty shell with no systems. Same silhouette, drastically different capability. That's why you don't balance...
Dimensions/silhouette/length is an absolutely horrible way to determine a ship's anything. Go by block count or mass, those are the only things that won't limit designs or force a certain type of ship.
Since there appears to have been some misunderstanding, I've revised my ship design using the rules posted by the OP as of the time of my writing this.
My post is neither off-topic, a joke, or a distraction.
Here is my ship, following all the rules provided:
This was an attempt to compromise with Schine on the godawful power mechanic that's being shoved down our throats, Lancake. In return, we've gotten Schine members attempting to lecture us on the game that 99% of them have not actually played for years.
I've been quiet about this whole issue so...
