      Yeah, unfortunately use a thruster movement (W, A, S, D, Q or E) will make your speed jump back to the server limit, removing the possibility of this. Which is sad, I really wanted to slingshot around a wormhole :(

      Only cannon can destroy missiles, so your beam turrets won't do anything. And overdrive allows you to bypass the maximum server speed. 100% passive overdrive gives you a speed boost to twice the server limit. Example: server speed limit is 75, max overdrive speed is 150.

      It works because activating a computer once with logic will fire the the beam in this case for about 0.5-1 seconds. Something with logic also only gets an input when it changes state, and doesn't detect a constant "on" pulse. You're welcome :)

      Are you sure that the logic clock pulses every 0.5 seconds for at least 15 seconds? You really will need that, as just activating it once with an activation module won't work for what you want it to do. The burst time for 100% effect with damage pulse is 15 seconds by the way.

      The mob parts are confirmed. The semi-spider we have now consiste of parts, and I believe that Dave also consists of parts. I like the idea behind it, the parts just mustn't be too scary (the tentacles might work if they aren't too scary or in too large a quantity).

      Heat seekers: fire and forget. My advice? Have lots of groups in a system. Lots of groups. The more missiles the better. It's simple and effective.
