      so your idea, its not bad but it has some flaws. 1: HUD, you need some not confusing way to make this, this is an awful lot and I\'d reccomend the devs work more on an advanced build mode besides just bigger block placement and symetry, but for now, no way that much could sit in a regular hud...

      the cube edges are there for a reason. even if this 2nd cube gets implimented it still needs the regular, 1: it is easier, MUCH easier to make/ work with, and 2: the cubes are alot easier to deal with processing power wise because once hull damage is taken and mass is changed, you\'d need to...

      true I can agree with that but schema needs to put add-on mass (docked ships and turrets) as regular mass then because the limitless dock can still be abused with a 10 block ship with thrusters carrying a 50000 mass ship, but yea, docks really dont have a reason to have the extenders past that.

      I say have it based on the main output so that it is easier to make, and also have the thing smaller possibly but with more damage it increases more drastically. either way something like this needs to be more prominent

      it really is realistic since the bigger something is the bigger docking anything you need for it, whats unrealistic is a ship that can be 10 blocks in size, but because it has 1 docking module can fit titanic turrets on it, thats a little unfair, especially since, last I checked, turrets still...

      well lets see, if you go doing this is isnt making any op carriers beyond what can be made now, considering I have a cruiser with 48 drones alrready, this will infact keep it neutral because if you pack it tighter you cant make the drones bigger and that also means smaller drones can be packed...

      I do kinda like the idea number one, both for looks and for functionality since the docks can overlap and a simple design bulge on one ship can render the dock useless, while on its side might work. also, I had my own docking change idea here and it doesnt require as much programming math...

      So I think we all know about how docking can be hard sometimes because of the size, well I had an idea. the idea is this: when you make a dock itl have 2 cubes, one is green which is the maximum size the docked object can be, we have this line but if you have a block in it you cant dock there...

      Well I like how it is coming but i think that the suit needs just a bit more detail than all that grey. Also I think that if you make the model as you are i suggest working on the moving animation to look less ragdollish like there is only one point of movement and your body is just flailing...

      Docking units too big

      first they were too big. now schema has dun goofed as they are too small. shure the box says it is 7x7x7 but its all over the place. sometimes im getting it to work. and other times it wont even dock A CORE. I hope schema can do some more work on it but i am a little afraid of new updates now...
