By the way: I achieved this look with a yellow light in the middle, a ring of green lights at the outer edge, and ice blocks (not crystals) on top.

what kind of blocks are oyu using? i see ice chrystal, and lava but what is that see-trhough material? and what blocks do you use?

I used lava and ice crystals, along with normal ice. The ice makes the lava white, and the second layer of ice is what makes it look 3D. And the ice crystal is what makes everything slightly blue.
