Equipped with relatively comfortable living space and it's low price the standard variant was the first choice for independend traders and cargo pilots, traveling for days and weeks between warpgate routes.
Big corporations could purchase a few units that had their own warp drive, though not many.
Today these ships are only avaible through second hand, but are usually still reliable and sometimes even got upgraded with modern warp engines and optimizations for most primary systems.

Carefull with buttons. They usually undock something, like your cargo for example.
I was going to have the jump drive logic contolled just like the sublight engines, but the penalty on logic ticks is just ridiculous.
