(Reviewing the original 10/20 version, not the 10/25 update.)
I originally downloaded this station to gain inspiration for my own stationary buildings. It is expansive, yet feels space-efficient. I haven't been able to access any internal area below the docking/spaceyard level, but I suspect this is where the station's systems are tucked away. Similarly, I couldn't access the turrets, but they look like they mean business and generally have a good, strong, sturdy look. There are lots of astronaut-friendly details on display here, so you can see several different styles of "chair", as an example. It definitely has the flavor of corporate glass and steel.
Recommendations:
1. Expand the docking back for longer ships, and maybe even have a docker on the wall, for nose-docking against the central spire structure.
2. (If it hasn't already been fixed) Place emergency recall buttons at the top and bottom of the twin elevator shafts, so that if the elevator car is away from either end of the shaft, an astronaut can recall it.
3. (This may have already been changed) Add a teleporter pad to every level that lacks one for fast travel.
1. There are a variety of docks alone the shipyard area on the ribs of the structure. This should be usable for side and nose docks.
2. Each level has a 'call elevator' button near the elevator shaft, most are opposite the gravity block, but the top and bottom most level are slightly different.
3. I figured most traffic will be between the docking bay and control room so I kept the teleporters in those two locations for that reason.
4. The interior of the station can be accessed outside of build mode by extending the power core on the reactor level.
