Greetings! Some of you may remember my last upload, the Mk1 logic core.
Well, a lot has changed since then, and with advances in logic capabilities came significant improvements in both performance and overall mass.
Compared to previous iterations, the Mark 4 is technically rather simplistic. A minimalist design without many of the extra functionality built into some of the other models. It's sleek, compact, and limited to a few essential systems.
What does it do?
Hrolfsson Heavy Industries specializes in automated, user-friendly, non-combat ships. At the core of every Hrolfsson ship is one of our standardized logic cores.
While this base model does include a few essentials, like a 'Red Alert' system, the technological 'crown jewel' of the company is our patented "Programmable Warp Core".
Upon activating your Logic Core for the first time, the AI assistant will request the captain's name. It will remember and use this name in all future conversations.
After the initial startup dialogue, you will have the ability to utilize our programmable warp core to make your interstellar travels faster, safer, and more convenient than ever.
The shipboard AI can:
-Charge a select number of jump computers, WITHOUT risk of triggering them before you're ready, and hold them at the ready for when you need to leave FAST.
-Activate the jump drives so that they will trigger as soon as they're ready to fire.
-Allow you to set a specific number of jumps (between 1 and 15) so that you don't accidentally overshoot your destination.
- Allow you greater control over the ship's logic systems, so that you can control any lag factors that may arise in specific scenarios.
The computer operated off of key words. Simply type in a sentence to the input screen useing the words 'warp' 'charge/spool' 'activate/on' or 'deactivate/off' & and number between 1 and 15 to direct your warp drive.
This system is the base model, and thus does not include all of the features available in the previous models. It was made to be compact and affordable. Later updates will contain more advanced models with additional functionality.
