This counter includes two functional counters, one that can count to eight and one that can count to sixteen. It also has the sixty-four counter that I'm working on, but that is not finished. This has probably been done before, and probably a lot more efficiently, but I didn't immediately see larger ones on the site, and we can never have enough logic, right?
