this is a pretty good early fighter design.
PVP rating: reactor, armor, chambers and shields are not competitive in it's mass. being as this is classes as a shuttle you do not lose points for that. it is hard to make a ship of this mass competitive, the systems would need to be very meta.
RP: good general shape and design. considering adding a bit of color and detail features.
