Cricket Survey Lander

    Cricket Survey Lander 1.01

Notice: This ship is presently without systems due to the impending power update, as such is not balanced on its landing gear due to a lack of systems in the front, please bear this in mind should you choose to add systems of your own.

The Cricket gets its namesake from its unique split-engine pod landing system and distinct profile, which resembles (who would guess?) a cricket. The ship comes with a full interior though a fairly simple one as the space for it is rather cramped.

    Yay rail gif!

Nifty. There's so few people with an expertise in rails and logic that I'm always glad to see your builds. You could solve the balance issue by having the rear legs be 2 sets of legs. When folded up one set would be above the front legs like it is now and the other would be tucked below. When they fold out the new legs would be further back adding stability. To keep things from jamming up you could have the new legs offset a couple blocks towards the center or to the outside so the front legs pass them like two scissor blades when they fold out. This will also have the benefit of shutting up people like me who will point out that crickets have 6 legs.
