Constatution Class Cruiser 1.9 Fix

Just fixed a missing turret

Dont worry, i just called it like that but here are the changes:

i rediesigned the torpedobay and also i raised the lights at the bridge:

I updated the Saucer dection to look more like a circle. I replaced the bridge flooring with advanced armoured Red hull to make it look like a carpet.
