Caldari Cormorant: Standard Edition 1.2

I have increased the output of the weapons on all Light Missile Launchers. Two of them are used on the Cormorant so they were updated there as well. I also adjusted their color scheme. A few missing blocks were placed as well.

A few power capacitors were relocated. Some of them found their way into the elevator by means of symmetry.

An additional button was placed near the cargo bay door to allow external access.

2 mesh vents were covered up.

The changes to the Cormorant are as follows.
~ 3 less Mass
~ 50 more Power Capacity
