Amarr Templar: Standard Edition 2.2

This is a complete re-evaluation of the ship. It's been updated in every respect. It also is more balanced with the other fighters that I have created. The Templar focuses on a armor and fires slower, harder hitting cannons. It has decent acceleration. Stats will be updated on the main page.

There were a few blocks that were Standard Armor when the entire ship is meant to be Advanced Armor. All fixed.
