One of the most tedious parts of any RAM design is wiring the multiplexer/demultiplexer. Expecially when there is no Shift+C like there is a Shift+V in Starmade. For a more indepth understanding of what a multiplexer and demultiplexer is and what they do I recommend checking out the additional information URL.
Not an expecially complicated circuit or anything just tedious and I hoped to help someone else out there save some time making one of these. Any and all lights / displays are not required for this circuit and can be removed without consequence.
If you have any feedback comments or questions please don't hesitate to let me know. Thanks for your time and interest. Thanks,
~SI
