Address space is 4-bits wide and data is 8-bits wide. Allows for the storage of up to 16 uniquely addressed 8-bit bytes.
D-Latches are designed using Gated NAND SR-Latches. My newer designs tend to use AND-OR Latches as it allows me to save a logic block and uses fewer NOT gates. Could also experience less of the Starmade quirks if merged onto one ship rather than connected via wireless blocks and rails. Changing from each memory module having it's own mux to a shared mux could also help optimize this design a bit more in terms of connections and size. These are changes that I have made with my new design however this older design is still functional.
