Version 2 is denser than version 1 saving a little space and I have 2 templates one has display modules that are not needed to help label the locations and purposes on the inputs and one that is the trimmed down version without unneeded display modules. Please note that in this version the enable/disable input is a bit harder to get to and the input buttons are not in a straight line. I may shuffle these blocks around to make it prettier with the inputs vertical and in a row but this accomplished the smaller footprint and is a simple circuit so it's not high on my priorities of circuits to mess with.
Same as with version 1 the changing of the color can be accomplished by replacing the current lights with the new desired lights linked up from the OR-Logic blocks immediatley behind them.
As always if you have any feedback, comments or questions please don't hesitate to let me know. I appreciate any crituqes or compliments. Thanks for your time and interest.

Version 02:
Dimensions: 3x6x4
Volume: 72 Blocks^3
Activator: 5
AND : 23
Button : 0
Flip-Flop: 0
Delay : 0
NOT : 4
OR : 20
Wireless : 1
Logic Count Total: 53
Edit:
Due to displays not keeping their content as well as restrictions on more than one template file per version update the only version uploaded at the moment is the version lacking the displays. As such I'm adding a brief explanation of the locations and function of the activators.
The 4-bit inputs are on top and from 1->8 go from front to back and then from right to left as seen from facing the lights. The enable disable activator is in the middle of the bottom opening of the lights. Or to put it another way that may be easier to understand is that if the lights were a figure eight its in the bottom loop's hole. I appoligize if there are any annoyances due to this please enjoy and have a great day.
