after consume yhole, not just drug effect, the character's hp will also drop slowly until the effect ends

This is a feature that will try to make starmade's econ make sense, a push for people to build miners and mine.
Because yhole/other food/fuel/drink are CONSUMABLE, you will use them, you will mine them, you will grow them and you will trade them

Needing resources to build has always seemed to push people to build miners and mine for some strange reason. Well that has been my experience on most servers. :D
