Who do we want as Counselors?

It would be nice if each counselor represented some section of the starmade community, similar to how the forums are set up. The counselors should represent the interests of the entire starmade community, not simply a specific portion. If we fail to properly represent the community, we will be left with a very one sided conversation. Look at how real life representational governments work. Proper representation is based on quality and type of representation. No quantity of representatives will be sufficient unless they properly represent the community.
