After a week-long hiatus to help get the baby sorted out, we are finally ready to resume our most precious Fleetworking. Until X: Rebirth comes out at least.

In the meantime, the Dissonance appeared in CoR\'s weekly youtube video.

I\'ve yet to start any new projects because Terraria finally updated so I\'ve been busy playing that, and now the killing floor Halloween event and Terraria Halloween event will be sure I don\'t touch starmade until at least Mid November.

I like your style. You are our biggest worry, as you can build capital ships. However, once this hacker problem is sorted out (I\'m pretty sure it is on my page) I will begin on a Tank-based design (meaning able to take a hell of a lot of hits) and an escort cruiser. good luck with everything,

I took my personal Longsword the UCC Acclaim against a Dissonance Frigate today and I am quite impressed, they are a significantly tougher ship over their Dirge counterpart.

The Dissonance can take up to TWO torpedo hits before caving like a pair-bonded Maffambi confronted with a Blorzakian Reductionary Seductress. That\'s a 100% increase in Torpedo resistance!

This is the VFW Provisional Prototyping Assembly Yard/ Sorcerous Conflux located near Lunaris and Solaris. Our vast corporate empire services many Reality Iterations. Small yards like these let us test new designs in situ, as it were.

The Johannite Assembly Ichors are working on a prototype of a non-production model of heavy fighter called the Kestral. We may adopt the design after some additional Fleetworking. We may not.

The provisionary prototyping yard was approved and, even now, our cabal of blood-oathed engineering shamans use their mysterious gifts to guide the Fleetworking Ichors through the Incorporation process. This means we get to summon a Lesser Johannite Prototyping Abomination using our Super Duper Interlocuter Fleetworking Funnel! I hope he\'s fancy!

Our station\'s Prototyping assembly isn\'t quite finished, as the Johannite abomination\'s not yet been summoned. However, the station core is finished. Here\'s a look around!





You can see the nearly-finished Kestral prototype there in front of the portal.




A shot of the inside of the sales office module. It has a holoprojector that can display VFW models to prospective clients and giant V\'s in the front so our marketing drones don\'t abruptly forget what our logo looks like.



And, of course, noble Wingy Thing (tm) watches over all.



A dizzying shoot up through the core of stairwell module. The lower bits lead to the Sorcerous Conflux and the sales room. Up top is the attendant marketing drone\'s private suite complete with a comm array directly to corporate.


The suites are complete, of course, but nothing atypical if the VFW aesthetic. The conflux is very boring at the moment, too. We hope to see the abomination soon.
