Welcome to the U.G.S.C’s academy page. I hope you’re here for a long ride. There are some easy steps you must take for entry to the U.G.S.C. There are two main things to note, number one, make sure you follow all of our rules. Number two, if you get three strikes, you’re off the server for a day, then week, then out of the U.G.S.C.
The leaders of the U.G.S.C currently are Commander Moultonlava5 and Commander Shadow-wolf.

The UGSC has easy steps for signing up. You may ask here if you wish to know what we are about first.
Number one, head over to the UGSC’s main forums and click “submit application”.
Secondly, go into the forums and to “StarMade enlistments” then fill out the enlistment form found in the main post.
Third, wait for an assessment on the form and make changes if necessary. By that time you will be welcomed to the UGSC’s military.
After, you will be sent an entrance exam made up by our officers. If you score a 8+ you will entered into the UGSC, you may use this or the other forums.
Once scored high enough, you will be sent a PM with the IP and platoon information.
Once completion of this, you will become a Private. Good luck.

Rules:

Our ranking order is different in the UGSC. When you enlist you are a recruit. After acceptance into the U.G.S.C you become a private. The next 3 days of duty, you will become a private first class. The amount of work after that, for instance taking jobs, depends on how quickly you rank up. This also could include a skip of rank. Everyone has to go through the ranks to get to where they are, there is no skipping major amount of ranks.
Enlistment- Make sure your application is up to our standards, we have given you a template to fill out. Remember the more you tell us of your skills then there is a better chance of acceptance. You will be told on what to improve if you need help with your enlistment, send a PM to one of the recruitment officers listed below.
Exam- You will have 10 minutes after receiving the message. You have 3 tries and all the answers can be found on the first page of the faction forum. You will only be sent the message after acceptance of the enlistment.
Drills & Boot camp- Drills will be run by NCO+ any time during the week. It will test you and keep you prime for battle.
Boot camp is determined via forum of the platoon on the site. Make sure you attend for how defence/offence against attacks works. These are to keep you tested and alert for the covenant war. (Boot camp is disabled for now)

What is being discharged/retirement mean?
Honourable Discharge- Honourably discharged is where a soldier can return from the reason why they left. However they have to re-apply and start again from recruit. (E.g. Got rid of StarMade)
Dishonourable Discharge- Dishonourably discharged is where a soldier has done something against the rules or attacking on his/her comrades. They CANNOT return. (Slaughtering his/her comrades)
Retirement- Retirement is where a member of the faction wishes to move on, however that person is available to return to active duty with the price of a demotion by one rank.

Steam Group & Website
On steam we have a group, this is easier for communication. Please make sure to join the group and use its com-link when playing the game. This will make it alot more easy to destroy the covenant and populate the UGSC and its sectors.
We also have a website for the UGSC so please check it out. Our website will have more information, updates, structure, videos, pictures and polls. This is also for all active members. This site will no longer have a roster as we have a full active one on our site.

The Covenant
Our enemy's in our server is non other than the mighty covenant! The U.G.S.C vs Covenant war rages on our personal server. However we have the advantage against them. As soon as war breaks we will destroy High Charity and the mighty Elite Commander Lord Sauron.
The Covenant is weak, if you enjoy our faction or like the Covenant then please check them out. Our enemy is low and so makes "war" not so enjoyable, they have their own page for publicity to join "The great journey". If you wish to scout our enemy here is their page:

I have created skins for all of our U.G.S.C members, it is currently an ODST however I will create more whilst im away (pilots/marines/ect) The badge is on the arm's of the skin so we know what rank you are. Please make sure to update them on promotion. This is your uniform, wear it with pride.

- No greifing.
- You must have respect for your commanders/Officers/Sergeants. Refer to higher ranks by their rank names or 'sir/ madam/ ma'am' always.
- Preference to speak English.
- Be mature and respect all players.
- Follow all orders.
- Do not attack enemy in home areas of enemy.
