    Looks like a firewall issue,
sync starts, and after a time your ping responses get blocked,
the server stops the sync in then, and disconnects you.

So its should be a firewall issue.
Try to disable firewall and virus scanner for a few minutes to test that.

I have no AntiVir oder Firewall installed :(, cause they often are responsible for unnecessary problems in games...

Also the Windows Firewall is disabled...

Edit: Also completly uninstalled hamachi :/
Edit: Now i got a 15seconds "no response" and now it seems to work... i got a ping an the world is loading (log.txt)

Edit: I was able to play foe a few Minutes, then i got a desync again and no response, now the problem is back and sadly no new sync after ~15seconds (log(later).txt)

Look and try a server NOT using :4242 as port.

Had a few problems reported on some ISP in the US seemingly blocking port 4242 for some reason.
I do not know of German ISPs doing this, but may be an issue with port settings, or other applications/services using that port for some other service, and maybe forwarded elsewhere. Not sure.
    Maybe just try that.

Your logs somehow look like there is no reason for the connection being broken,
so.. no idea. Maybe WLAN with high packet loss, due to a dense neighborhood?

I connected without Problems multiple times to Infinte Harvoc (4Players online, sm.infinitehavoc.co.uk:57921)

But on Star Drift (stardrift.infinitehavoc.co.uk:57923) i had the same old problem :(

"A little Server" (75.64.85.147:4242) worked for the first 5 seconds and then then a 20seconds disconnect, and now it seems to got a sync...

    Infinite havoc
Ping: 35-40 (Location: near, assuming UK)
    No problems in connection.

    Stardrift
Ping: ~180 (Location: Far away from me, possibly not Europe then)
    ~30-45seconds after connecting a ~40second connection outage.
Not sure why, but this may have kicked you.

    ALS
    Ping: ~170
Initial Ping of 4500 then connection outage phase of about 40secs also.
After that ping down to 170-200
So expecting a similar location not in Europe.

So it looks like you have problems with connections outside Europe,
Its also not a good thing to 'play' on higher pings,
as it may lead to problems on large builds.
But my guess is your connection has problems/high packet loss, that get the last final hit by those higher pings.
