The Vaygr Empire [RECRUITMENT OPEN]

Battle at the Star of Merc Dragon


Another victory for the Vaygr Empire occured in the Galaxies Aflame Servers only moments ago.

During an attempt to subjugate the faction "Borg Alliance" Nosajimiki, of the rebel faction "Merc Dragon" attempted to intervene with a 287k mass ship, quickly killing the 350 mass Gyrofighter-AIF-2 piloted by RedAlert_007 while attacking the Borg Alliance Homebase

Soon after Merc Dragon declared total war on order and, stating that "everyone will be freed from the grasp of the Vaygr" a strike team consiting of RedAlert_007 and a mercenary who cannot be named for legal reasons attempted to prevent the large battleship from docking at his homebase with a large drone fleet. However the Battleship simply rammed the drones out of the way in an attempt to get his ship docked before it was destroyed.

In a daring boarding operation, RedAlert and the merc rammed their ships into the vessels fighter bay and ejected from their ships with torch cutters in hand. The Battleship jumped away to what at the time seemed like a random location.

Both the merc and RedAlert made their way into the core room destroying the faction block, only now noticing that the captain warped his ship directly into the local sun!

The captain, clearly intending on fighting till his last breath continued to try and fight the boarders with anti astronaut missiles but they were soon disabled by stars immense heat, eventually the boarders destroyed the ship core and causing the pilot to be ejected from the ship core, who then quickly respawned.

The boarders however instead of taking the logical route of respawning to avoid death from the star they instead went down the route of pure badassery and commandeered the ship, maxing out the thrusters to get it away from the fiery star while the whole ship structure was crashing down around them, eventually this plan succeeded and then RedAlert waited for 20 minutes to reboot the ship, only to find the ship crossed paths with a pirate station 7 minutes in, killing the astronaut and finishing off the crippled battleship.

Operation Vanguard
Elwyn Returnity


With the recent opening of the Elwyn Returnity galaxies several UIS and Odium factions sprung into action, intent on fighting each other on a relatively stable server (Apart from the 10 thousand crashes on day 1).

Odium Pact, though fewer in number in comparison to UIS were far more coordinated and managed to achieve superiority over UIS in terms of resources, which then translated to an early strike from the Odium Pact against UIS. Over the course of the day, UIS was continuously harassed and the FCM first home base was attacked and destroyed. Despite claims of it being a "decoy" or "abandoned", Odium nonetheless successfully recovered a decent quantity of resources.

The efficiency of the Odium Pact surprised the UIS observers, with some accusations of hacking being made, though were later retracted.

In other news, New Daltoff Republic threatened one of our members, sending us a "Join us or die" message. This resulted in:

Calhoun and myself decided to leave Ultra a nice image, while Calhoun also rigged the base with warheads.

In addition, continued attacks against other UIS factions such Aethi Imperium, Trident Industries and Trinova Technologies had pushed several UIS factions to delete and reform their factions several times to prevent them from going into negative faction points and losing their homebases.

Lastly, an Aethi hidden station as well as a Trident mining ship piloted by Jaraff was destroyed by the Odium Pact. After the Aethi hidden station's destruction, a two day ceasefire was agreed upon by Odium and UIS members due to Christmas.

Thank you to all members, both Odium and UIS for participating in what is the first major fight on the ER server. I would also like to thank Calhoun for participating in some top quality shit talking with me on ER discord. Australians FTW ))))
